FORMULAS & RECIPES

My very best creations

I will be sharing with you my very own best recipes and formulas developed, perfected and tested over the years. These were WildCultures biggest hits. Anything from rustic wholesome pies to our famous silky focaccia, seasonal chutneys and jams and  much more. For a regular supply of recipes, baking tips, and stories from the life of a baker and a mom subscribe to THE CRUMB (soon!).

This course was very useful and I learned excellent tips and secrets to be able to make a good quality bread. I have many years of baking at home and in this course I have learned about the holes in my knowledge and the mistakes I made because I never had proper guidance. Moreover, I love to learn about this ancient art, that is bread making, and that has been around since humans beings found it, learned it and perfected it.
