Sourdough Starter Workshop
Sunday, April 27th.
3pm-6pm.
The starter is the heart of sourdough bread making. It is the mother, the creator, the beginning of it all. No good bread has ever been made using a poor starter. Understanding the science behind it is crucial to achieving good results. Nevertheless, many of us still feel confused, frustrated and overwhelmed about the whole process of caring and maintaining one.
This workshop aims to demystify the process and empower you with the confidence and knowledge you need to start baking sourdough bread like a pro.
To whom is this class intended?
Anyone really!
From bread heads wishing to get deeper into the science behind the starter, to those already baking at home but still unable to achieve consistency, but mostly for those who have a sourdough in the back of their fridge for months and are afraid to even open it!
